JacobGan.com is maintained by Jacob Gan, Ph.D. (Michigan). Dr. Jacob Gan has
been teaching in a university for the last 24 years. Prior to that he was in the
government service for 3 years and worked in a private corporation for 6 years after
graduation.
Dr Gan is a firm believer in life-long learning. Not only is he actively pursuing
continuous upgrading of himself, he is also actively encouraging and enabling others to
